Giftbag Management for the Danish EU Presidency 2025

During the Danish Presidency of the Council of the European Union (July–December 2025), I was responsible for ordering and managing the full overview of giftbags, more than 10,000 in total. My role included selecting and ordering the content, as well as coordinating the packaging process. In addition, I oversaw the VIP giftbags, where I secured Lakrids by Johan Bülow as sponsors, adding a premium Danish touch to the experience and designed VIP pens.
